This package is designed for couples who have already booked some vendors and have a clear vision for their ideal wedding day but need assistance securing the remaining vendors and staying on track. We help fill in the missing vendor spots and finalize all wedding day elements.
The package begins 6 months before the wedding date. Couples are expected to have 3 to 4 major vendors already booked, typically including the venue, catering, photography, or music.
What’s included:
Planning kickoff meeting to discuss next steps and your wedding vision
Monthly virtual meetings with your Lead Planner starting 6 months before the wedding
Access to a customized Wedding Planning Checklist for personal use and progress tracking
Vendor research and professional recommendations
Assistance sourcing final décor elements and details
Support with emergency vendor cancellations
Timeline and floorplan creation
Seating chart guidance
Up to 12 hours of coverage on the wedding day
One Lead Planner and one Planning Assistant
Up to 3 in-person meetings (one being the venue walkthrough)
All services included in our Wedding Coordination package
- Starting at $1,700 -
This package is perfect for couples who can plan their wedding, but want to delegate the responsibilities on the wedding day to an experienced coordinator. It serves as our version of “day-of coordination”, but begins 1 month before the wedding. Couples are expected to have all vendors booked and wedding details finalized. Your Lead Coordinator will work with you to gather information about your vendors, décor, and day-of elements.
What’s Included:
Coordination services starting one month before the wedding
One venue walkthrough
Complete day-of management for up to 10 hours
One hour of ceremony rehearsal assistance
Review vendor contracts as needed
Unlimited email support
Timeline and floorplan creation and distribution
Vendor management on the wedding day
Duties include:
Greeting vendors
Checking venue setup
Distributing bouquets and corsages
Reminding key participants of toasts
Assisting with photos
Styling décor elements
Directing Ushers for seating and programs
Distributing vendor gratuities
Breaking down and consolidating décor
Collecting gifts
Time permitting, creating short-form social media content

The Details
Travel Policy
Travel up to an 80 mile radius from Richmond, VA (23220) included. More than 80 miles will cost an additional $250 Travel Fee.
What’s not included?
Serving food or drinks to guests
Cutting cake
Bussing tables
Setting up tables and chairs
Arranging and breaking down florals
Hanging decorations or anything that requires a ladder
Moving anything that is heavy enough to require machinery
Heavy lifting over 25 pounds
Garbage disposal & post-wedding venue cleaning
Our team is authorized to decline tasks within coordination responsibilities if deemed unsafe or unfeasible, prioritizing personal safety and practical limitations.
